Based on your wishes and requests, we develop a list of potential speakers and topics.In addition to contracting a speaker for your event, we can provide a full package to manage all of your event's organizational details. These include, but are not limited to, travel arrangements, briefings, book signings, limousine service, and press inquiries.
Can Worldwide Speakers arrange any speaker?
Worldwide Speakers can arrange speaker appearances all over the world. If necessary, we can cooperate with foreign agencies in order to find the ideal candidate and the perfect topic.
How do I get started?
Simply give us a call and tell us about your event and speaker requirements. From, there we'll develop a potential speakers list without charge or obligation to you. Once you choose a speaker, we will check his or her availability and proceed to booking the speaker.
How long does it take to get an answer on my request?
We will have a response for you within 24 hours.
Does an employee of Worldwide Speakers attend the event?
No. Normally, special care of a speaker is not necessary. If desired, we will be happy to attend your event. In that case we will charge our standard daily rate.
Which topic will the speaker address?
The speaker will focus on a topic(s) in their area of expertise, unless you have already a candidate, then we will review the topic with him or her.
Is an advanced meeting between the speaker and the client necessary?
Usually this is not necessary since Worldwide Speakers arranges all details with the speaker in advance. But if you desire, we are happy to arrange such an appointment for you.
Are there any rules for recording the speech?
Normally the speeches can be recorded. But to avoid misunderstandings you may want to discuss this with the speaker in advance.
How does the calculation of the speaker fee work?
Normally the speaker gets a fixed day rate. Speech duration and further agenda issues can be discussed with the speaker so that they are covered by the rate as well.
